Ingredients
* 1 loaf frozen garlic bread or garlic Texas toast
* 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
* 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
* ½ cup ranch dressing
* 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon dried parsley
* Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to **400°F (200°C)**.
2. Arrange the garlic bread or Texas toast on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until just beginning to crisp.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over each slice of garlic toast.
5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and the cheddar cheese over the top.
6. Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
