Dip, Scoop, Repeat: Three Crowd-Pleasing Party Dips
Ingredients Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 frozen chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup Red Hot sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Rotel Dip
16 ounces Velveeta
10 ounce can Rotel
1 pound hamburger
Chip Dip
250 grams herb and garlic cream cheese, softened
1½ tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
½ cup sour cream
Instructions Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Boil frozen chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred with two forks.
3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Red Hot sauce until well combined.
4. Fold in cheddar cheese.
5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned on top.
Rotel Dip:
1. Brown hamburger in a large skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. Cut Velveeta into small cubes.
3. In a slow cooker or saucepan, combine browned hamburger, Velveeta, and Rotel.
4. Heat on low setting (or on stovetop over medium-low) until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally.
5. Keep warm for serving.
Chip Dip:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened herb and garlic cream cheese with dry ranch dressing mix.
2. Add sour cream and mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
