These not-too-spicy shrimp take almost no time to bring bold flavor. The marinade, finished with fresh herbs and lime, becomes a punchy drizzle for both the shrimp and grilled cabbage.

Directions
- Step 1Heat grill to medium. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges, leaving core intact. Arrange on small baking sheet; brush cut sides with 11/2 tablespoons oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Step 2Cut all but 1 scallion into 2-inch lengths; in small bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon oil. Finely chop remaining scallion and set aside.
- Step 3In second small bowl, whisk together harissa, lime juice, tomato paste, honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 2 tablespoons oil. Transfer half to medium bowl, add shrimp, and toss to coat; set aside remaining sauce for serving. Thread shrimp and scallion lengths onto skewers.
- Step 4Place cabbage flat side down and grill, covered, until nicely charred and just tender, 5 to 7 minutes per side; transfer to platter.
- Step 5Grill skewers until shrimp are opaque throughout and scallions are tender, 2 to 4 minutes per side; transfer to platter with cabbage. Grill lime halves, cut sides down, until nicely charred, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 6Into reserved harissa mixture, squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from grilled lime; add remaining tablespoon oil, then stir in chopped scallion and parsley. Spoon over cabbage and shrimp and serve with remaining grilled lime halves.
