📝 Ingredients :

500g pork ribs (tender juicy star)

3 tbsp BBQ sauce (sticky glaze magic)

1 tbsp honey (sweet caramel finish)

Salt & black pepper to taste

400g baby potatoes, halved (crispy side)

1 tbsp butter

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (juicy pop)

¼ onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice (zesty dressing)

🍽️ ** How to Make It :**

1️⃣ Season & Bake the Ribs:

Rub ribs with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour for that tender juicy ribs, slow-cooked perfection, easy comfort dinner. Cover with foil first.

2️⃣ Glaze & Finish the Ribs:

3️⃣ Roast the Potatoes:
