Ingredients:

- 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
🥩 Steak
- Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a hot skillet.
- Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness).
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary, then baste the steaks for 1–2 minutes.
- Let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake or broil at 220°C (425°F) for 8–10 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
