🥩 Surf & Turf Feast – Juicy Steak, Garlic Butter Lobster Tail & Crispy Parmesan Fries

 



Ingredients:

For the Steak:

  • 2 ribeye or New York strip steaks
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

For the Lobster Tail:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

For the Parmesan Fries:

  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley

🥩 Steak

  1. Season the steaks generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet.
  3. Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness).
  4. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary, then baste the steaks for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster

  1. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Bake or broil at 220°C (425°F) for 8–10 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

🍟 Parmesan Fries

  1. Toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion

Arrange the sliced steak, garlic butter lobster tail, and crispy Parmesan fries on a large plate. Garnish with extra parsley and serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce for a restaurant-quality meal at home.
