What is Rosemary?
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an aromatic herb native to the Mediterranean region. It’s widely used in cooking, natural medicine, and beauty treatments.

Add the rosemary and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Let it cool, then strain the mixture.
Pour it into a spray bottle or container.

Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
Rosemary Tea (for digestion & relaxation)
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried rosemary (or 1 small sprig fresh rosemary)
1 cup hot water
Honey or lemon (optional)
How to Use:
Place rosemary in a cup.
Pour hot water over it.
