This rich and comforting pasta features tender fettuccine tossed in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, topped with savory seasoned ground beef and finished with a blanket of melted mozzarella. It's a restaurant-quality meal that's easy enough for a weeknight dinner!

 


Ingredients
For the Pasta:
12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp salt (for pasta water)
For the Beef:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra grated Parmesan cheese
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, then add the marinara sauce. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
4. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
6. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the cheese sauce until well coated.
7. Top with the seasoned beef mixture and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.
8. Broil for 2–3 minutes, if desired, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan. Serve immediately with garlic bread or a fresh green salad.
