Ingredients

Instructions
1. Sauté onions and garlic in oil until golden.
2. Add cumin and turmeric; toast for 30 seconds.
3. Stir in moringa leaves and broth.
4. Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until leaves soften.
5. Adjust seasoning with salt or acid (lemon juice).
