Red White and Blue 4th of July Poke Cake Easy Party Sheet Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix (plus eggs, oil, water per box)
- 1 pack strawberry Jell-O
- 1 pack berry blue Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water, divided
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries for topping

Instructions:
1. Bake white cake in a 9x13 pan per box directions. Cool 30 minutes.
2. Poke holes all over the cake with a chopstick or fork handle.
3. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Pour over one half of the cake.
4. Dissolve blue Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Pour over the other half.
5. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours until set.
6. Spread Cool Whip over the entire cake.
7. Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries in a patriotic pattern.
