Crispy outside, and creamy and cheesy inside, these Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are a fun, easy finger food appetizer that’s perfect for game day!
Key Ingredients
You’ll find the full list of ingredients in the recipe card below, but here are some notes to keep in mind.
- Shredded Chicken. I like to use this Crockpot Shredded Chicken or Instant Pot Shredded Chicken.
- Buffalo Wing Sauce. I like Sweet Baby Ray’s.
- Ranch Dressing. I use Ken’s Ranch Dressing, or you can use my Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip.
- Seasonings. Salt, garlic and onion powder, and cayenne—but only if you want your taquitos spicy.
- Cheese. I use Monterey Jack cheese, which has a nice, smooth melt.
- Tortillas. You can use flour or corn, whichever you prefer.
