Ingredients
Lamb Chops
1½ lb lamb chops
Salt & black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Shrimp
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Fried Rice
2 cups cooked rice (day-old works best)
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup mixed vegetables
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Cook the Lamb Chops
Season lamb with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear lamb 3–4 minutes per side.
Add butter, garlic, and herbs; baste until fragrant. Rest.
Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet, melt butter.
Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Make the Fried Rice
Heat oil in a pan. Scramble eggs, then add rice and veggies.
Stir in soy sauce and garlic powder. Cook until heated through.
Serve
Plate lamb chops with shrimp and fried rice. Spoon extra garlic butter over lamb if desired.
